Dr. Adam Rich (DC) – Principal chiropractor

Dr. Adam Rich (DC) grew up in Devon and Cornwall. Adam gained a degree in business before training as a chiropractor at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. He owned and successfully ran four clinics in the UK before moving to Australia and then to Portugal. In his spare time Adam enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, playing golf, sailing and surfing.

 

Adam is a highly experienced British chiropractor who has spent twenty years successfully solving and improving back pain neck pain and headaches with traditional chiropractic adjustments. He has:

 

  • Trained new graduates for the Royal College of Chiropractors

  • Received a British Chiropractic Association Award

  • Run one of the first clinics in the UK to offer chiropractic care on behalf of the National Health Service

  • His NHS care received a 99% patient satisfaction rate with 2000 patients

  • Demonstrated chiropractic for HRH Prince Charles

  • Been asked by his local MP to treat the Prime Minister at the time

  • Treated premier league footballers, professional rugby players and professional golfers

Dr. Andrew Garbett (DC) – Associate chiropractor

Dr Andrew Garbett (DC) has spent over a decade building experience and knowledge to understand the reasons why the body breaks down causing pain and dysfunction. He has successfully used this knowledge to help resolve a variety of conditions including back and neck pain. He has:

  • Studied for 9 years completing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science BSc as well as a Masters in Chiropractic Studies MChiro

  • Worked with Premiership football players with their return to fitness after injury

  • Treated Olympic and national hockey players, world-class boxers and sailors

  • Other qualifications include a level 3 therapy and sport massage course and level 2 and 3 advanced fitness instructor course

  • Worked along side experts in the field of spinal decompression, preventing thousands of patients from undergoing spinal surgery  

Eugènia Neves – Chiropractic Assistant

Eugènia grew up in Silves and speaks both Portuguese and English. She has lived in South Africa and the UK. With two sons and a grandson, Eugènia is kept very busy.

Having worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for over twenty years, Eugènia has a true passion for the profession. She benefits from regular treatment herself to maintain good health and prevent aches, pains and injuries from occurring during her day–to-day life. She has worked with many practitioners over the years, so has a well-rounded view on how chiropractic can benefit everyone.
